Eating cheap doesn't have to mean eating sad. This rotation leans on the ingredients that stretch: beans, rice, pasta and eggs. It reuses them across meals so almost nothing in your cart goes to waste.

This is a 3-day rotation. In the app it repeats to fill however many days you plan.

Use this plan in Forkful
