Going meat-free for a few days shouldn't mean living on side dishes. This rotation leans on the vegetarian ingredients that actually satisfy: beans, whole grains, eggs and mushrooms. You'll never notice what's missing.

This is a 3-day rotation. In the app it repeats to fill however many days you plan.
