Low-Carb Reset

A 3-day lower-carb rotation built on eggs, salads with real protein, and dinners centered on vegetables instead of starch. Filling enough that you won't miss the bread.

Cutting carbs fails when the food stops being satisfying. This 3-day rotation keeps protein and fat doing the filling work: eggs, salmon, steak-house salads. Starches get swapped for vegetables that actually carry a dinner.

This is a 3-day rotation. In the app it repeats to fill however many days you plan.
